We had a fairly unique situation to address on our property, and they totally 'got' it. Not only that, but rather than direct a semi-disgruntled neighbor to us as home owners during the work, Shad 'managed up' and dealt with the situation (NOT part of the job description). Also, he's got at least one awesome woman on his team! Have contracted with several different tree services over the years, but we intend to keep Shad and his team on speed dial moving forward! I highly recommend Pacific Arbor Care for tree work. Services were provided on March 3rd, 2023. Chad, owner, is professional, knowledgeable. communicates clearly and is competitively priced. Chad and his crew pruned flowering and fruit trees, tall poplars, and a large row of arborvitae. The crew cleaned up perfectly, even checking with the neighbors so they had no debris in their yard.
