We just finished our build in Neskowin with Mike Riddle Construction. This is our fourth house build, and Mike and his crew far exceeded anything we've experienced in the past. Mike Riddle construction was the most professional and transparent company that I have ever encountered in my 20 years as a home owner. He is the first contractor to provide me a transparent budget with an itemized bid, and communicated with me on how to achieve the overall end-state within my budget. We bought a newly constructed Mike Riddle house that was on the tour of homes and we couldn’t be happier with the design, quality workmanship & attention to detail that went into the building of the house. I know Mike’s team was under the gun to complete the home in time for the tour but the end result was excellent.
