Maybe it was an off day yesterday, but I've been sitting with my new hair cut for the past 24 hours trying to get used to it, but I'm completely upset by it. First of all, it's a few inches shorter than I had requested it to be, the layers are not blended together (making the hair feel choppy), and the cut is uneven. My dad said that it looks like I tried to cut it myself or had my 13 year old sister do it.

Fairly disappointed in myself for not realizing it until after getting home, and then not having time to go back yesterday or today. I would have been alright with it being a bit shorter, but the layering and the cut is overall choppy and uneven.

Went in for a cut and I thought it strange the gal who cut it was styling my hair curly after I told her I wore it straight. Got home and it was NOT even, so much so that I went back in which I have never done before.
I went back and the manager turned a 2 star into a 5 star. She handled business gracefully and really made it right! She is the reason I will be a repeat customer

I have only trusted Kassidi and Halley with my fair for the last 2 years. I have only been to them but they sadly left Great clips and took a week for me and my mom to find them. they are located at wild roots in McMinnville Oregon, the strip mall next to staples. Kassidi likes to keep up with trendy hair, color, perms, etc. They are both really enjoyable to talk to and have great service. they always match my hair to the photo I show them for reference.
