Sam was very knowledgeable in general on appliances. Provided guidance on DW detergents unsolicited based on listening to it run next to the cooktop ventilation unit that had the issue of not retracting. Unfortunately he did not have the answer for how to get the ventilation unit to retract. He suggested that I contact an installer for one of the local sales companies (Standard, or BASCO), or have someone replace the unit. I will pursue further.
Sam is Very helpful very nice gentlemen Leaves customers customer very satisfaction, which I am. I’m very happy with the results and I will let anyone in my family know if they need any help to get a hold of Sam.
Thank you very much Sam!
