Sam was absolutely a life saver first coming quickly and then fixing and reassembling our oven door that i should not have tried taking apart. Recommend this company and Sam highly!!!
Sam arrived at the time he was expected. He was very professional and helpful. He found more wrong with my washing machine than I had originally thought. He showed me and, not only explained it to me, but provided many options available to me. He could have pressured me to spend a lot of money, which he did not. I will definitely call ATS Repliance Repair for all my appliance repair needs.
I called late afternoon Friday right before Christmas. Sam came around 7:00 pm. I was so grateful they worked that late. He was polite and friendly and fixed the washer quickly. He put everything back and left it all clean. I will definitely use and recommend ATS again.
