I'm newish to town and two weeks ago Windy gave me the best haircut I have had in years. She did exactly what I asked without getting "scissor happy", and the result is perfection. She's obviously knowledgeable in the newest products and services and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does.I don't work in the industry anymore, but I did once, and I know applied knowledge combined with natural talent when I see it.
