They were rude as I’ll get out and didn’t want to have anything to do with me.. got worked on by like 3 different people and made fun of about what I wanted.. definitely spreading the word NEVER go here. JUST MOVE TO MADRAS! MY DAUGTHER CAME TO VISIT FOR MY BIRTHDAY, AND MAKE APPOINTMENT WITH COUTURE NAILS.WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE WE HAVE IN HAIR SALON. TAKE 3HR AND 1/2 TO TAKE CARE MANICURE AND PEDICURE.THEY DO TERRABLE JOB, CHARGE $$$$$$... FOR STUFFS THEY DONT DO: $45.00 PEDICURE WITH MASSAGE AND WAX, THEY DIDNT AND WE PAY. PLUS THEY DONT TELL YOU AND CHARGE FOR NAIL FALE IN PLASTIC BAG EXTRA $ 4.00 ( WHAT SHOULD BE PART OF THEY WORK ECPAMENT INCLUDED ON THE PRICE, THEY CHARGE EXTRA. Took my mom here for her birthday. The first lady who did my toes left my old nail polish on my toes. I asked her to remove it and she said the new nail polish would cover it. She put the first coat on and realized it wouldn't cover the old polish so she had to remove it. Then she took a chunk out of my skin and I bled a lot. She finished the toes and the polish was everywhere, all over my skin and not just on my nails. My boyfriend could have done a better job on my toes. I asked her to remove them. The lady who helped my mom was kind and did an okay job. I asked for the upgraded pedicure for my mom. She did not receive the upgraded pedicure but I was overcharged for it. Trish was great. She did my hands and fixed my toes. If you go to this salon only go to Trish!
