Normally, I'm not one to leave reviews. But my experience with Cascade East and Dr. Nitschelm and his staff warrants one. While the most unpleasant of circumstances caused me to call in and try to find an emergency vet the week before Christmas, I was relieved that I was able to get in to see Dr. Nitschelm as he was already seeing another patient on that Sunday. We have had some bad experiences in the past with other veterinarians that were less than satisfying. The staff at cascade east did an amazing job taking care of our dog, seeing us during after hours for emergency care, calling us and updating us late into the evening l, being flexible with us and respecting our concerns and hearing us out. They saved our dogs life. We are so grateful for them, and all their efforts.
