Dr. Sara is the Best. I am so glad that she was willing to continue seeing my two Shelties that I bought from her current client. I live in Vancouver and finding a vet that is taking new patients let alone that I know I can trust is really tough right now. Worth the drive until I can find someone as good as she is locally.

I am wanting to know when we can go in with our animals. Tried of waiting in the parking. Want to ask questions as they come up. More then happy to wear a mask and stay as far away as possible! I have asked twice and just been told the owner wants it that way. My thoughts from that is, either the owner is neurotic or has a good health reason. I would be more then happy to accommodate a health issue and could understand. If health, maybe the owner needs to stay away!! I am really not wanting to change. Any answer ? I go to my Dr, dentist and hospital with a mask!!

I came to the hospital to get my two dogs established at a veterinary in the area and to get estimates on dentals. The staff seem to be very friendly and making an appointment was easy; however, after an hour of waiting for my appointment, with no updates to give me the option of rescheduling, I had to leave to go get ready for work. Apparently, another patient needed a longer appointment, I don't know if it was an emergency or poor management if time. When I went to the front desk to let the receptionist know that I had to leave, she did not offer me another appointment. So I am out two hours of my time. Regardless, I would consider going back.
