Dave, was extraordinarily patient and helpful in walking me through the steps to get our heater reset after a power outage in the midst of this winter freeze. Thanks to him, we now have heat again and we are all extremely grateful for his help. Thanks Dave! We need more people like you in this world.

Our heat pump motor (inside furnace) went out and Servco was able to come by the next day after I called...they ordered the parts but they sold the last one in Texas and "needed to make some more" Debbie was very helpful but the serviceman Dave went above and beyond, called and came out on a weekend because he had an idea that might work (didn't, but great effort) Finally Dave found a module that someone had ordered and not used and was so eager to come out and install it. In spite of 3 trips to my house, the total was less than they had guessed originally. Servco installed this system in 1990 and they are still our go to....this reminds us why!!
