I was the 4 person to come in just as they opened. I filled out the required paperwork and waited for a total of 35 min. I thought that was pretty reasonable. I was in and out for a total of 60 min. Thank you guys.

I had a bad experience at the Lebanon facility on Sunday, posted a review and then received a follow up call from the manager today. She was great and listened to my frustrations. She took the feedback well and i felt like she understood. My frustration contributed to the issue and I apologized for that. Hopefully there will be better communication regarding their processes next time.

Nurse Practitioner, Christopher, was awesome. Loved that he discussed my other health conditions, and not just the respiratory junk that I was being seen for. He was quite forward about things that I need to be doing to improve my overall health, but in a very kind and compassionate way. Highly recommend this practitioner! Wait times were long, but they are long everywhere right now.
