"Do the right thing." I had a very positive Les Schwab experience August 2018, at the Lakeview store. When I went to buy a tire after breaking one on the back roads of Lake County, my truck would not start. The problem, a starter, was quickly diagnosed.
I was not familiar with the area so the assistant manager, Vince Stanton, located the part I needed, an individual to instal it, and a tow to his shop. This was beyond his job description and greatly appreciated.

We all have rough days, and today was mine (and my friends'). We were on our way to Burning Man in our RV, and generally we're an over prepared and resourceful group. Despite our preparations, nothing could have gotten us ready for two full tire blowouts within 50 miles.
The first blowout destroyed our water heater and caused some body damage, but we patched it up, swapped in the spare, and kept going.
