My experience with the floor PDX was amazing. I really wish this kind of care and education was given after I gave birth and not 15 years later. Better late than never. I highly recommend going here. The staff were all friendly and welcoming with no judgments just there to help you.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Jess & Ashley as I went through my third & last pregnancy. I did not do any PT care for myself with my first two pregnancies and definitely regretted it. As a very active/on the go person, postpartum with my second was a real struggle and I knew I needed to find a solution. I went into my pre-labor sessions with Jess sharing what my concerns were.
