I can’t recommend Sana Integrative Acupuncture enough. Over the years living in the PNW, I’ve tried everything for seasonal allergies (shots, nasal sprays, multiple pills, eye drops, inhaler, etc) and nothing really worked during peek pollen times. But after 6 months of acupuncture I am running outside without medication and feeling great! For fellow runners or outdoorsy people, acupuncture is a game changer! Give it a try!

Sasha is both extremely professional and so kind and caring. I truly feel so supported each time I see her. She has helped me so much with healing from a knee injury and for ongoing support with relaxation and sleep. Her office space is centrally located with easy parking and overall vibe is calm and serene. I highly recommend her!
