I tried a whole body cryotherapy session for the first time and it was so cool! Literally. So excited to see what other services I can come back for. Alyssa was so nice showing me around and answering my questions as a newbie to Restore HW!
Great resource for getting healthier. I’ve been with restore for over a year and feel the healthiest I’ve ever been. Recently used their Hbot and red light combo for pre and post op surgery and felt it made a huge difference in my recovery. The nicest staff always makes going feel comfortable.
My review is about the visits I have made not only to the Cedar Mills location (now closed) but also the Lake O location. Staff: friendly, professional and very helpful. I ask a lot of questions to make sure I know what I am getting. Maybe the people who put one star should have done the same. I found the staff to be more than willing to explain how things work, what the prices are and etc. in order to help me get the best services I could get for what I could pay for. Services: LOVE the WBC (whole body cryo). I always leave feeling like a million bucks! The red light therapy is incredible, especially if you do it right before you get into the WBC chamber.
