**PLEASE READ ALL**Everywhere in the news and online articles there are headlines and conflicting stories about the job market. There are so many stories about people losing their jobs, and on the opposite spectrum there are companies and people who are trying to find workers. There are even more stories of individuals who are willing to work but are not getting hired. The contradicting stories are endless and confusing at the same time.
