Cat Care Professionals really is the best clinic we've ever been to. We did not know that Cat Only clinics were even a thing and we can't say enough great things about it. When our cat, Angel, passed away a few years ago, they were so supportive, kind, and loving. The front desk is always courteous, they are quick communicators, and Dr Ellingsen always takes the time to respond to us directly via email whenever our other two cats have blood work, or we have questions. SO HAPPY!
I recently established care for my cat at Cat Care Professionals after hearing so many great things about their vets, and I am so glad that I did! My kitty is very cautious of new situations and gets extremely anxious and flighty at the vet. Dr. Ruse handled him with such care and compassion, and she came up with a plan to hopefully make future vet visits less stressful for him. She explained everything really well and took the time to answer all of my questions; the appointment never felt rushed. Their pricing is also upfront and transparent, which I appreciate. I feel confident that my cat will be in the best hands here!
I have one easy cat and one bengal. The bengal has to be medicated prior to visits and the staff at Cat Care Prof are so fantastic with her. They call to follow up on her status day after her visit and even follow up to make sure I’m seeing a refund back to my card for tests that weren’t needed after all. I cannot recommend them enough!
