When inquiring about a rental home in union. I was treated very poorly. Now I’ve been renting from my folks in Idaho for the last three years and through a private place the four years before that and the only reason we left was due to the owner passing away I was told this is not sufficient enough rental history as they couldn’t reach the people I was renting from before and that I have to have a co-signer willing to come to there location provide identification and have there credit ran.. ridiculous.. I understand with covid the restrictions are tougher to protect themselves but treating people like there second rate citizens is not the way to run any business.....read full review

They need to get somebody that is more grown up at their Desk that can handle business there 30 is not and they lock you out befor your 30 days behind and tey to tell you it okay. So if you rent from them watch your pocket book there sacnless

I've been renting a storage here for 5+ years and when I moved from my apartment to a actual house. It was with ranch and home. My house went up for sale I was so scared and worried Phil and the lady's at ranch and home have gone out of their way to work with our schedule and our autsic child during the visit of showing the house and have found us another rental. Awesome people and great place to work with.
