I was in the middle of a ten day road trip when a bug bite on my ankle began to fester. While driving to my next destination I looked for the nearest urgent care clinic that had strong reviews. Stopped in to La Grande Urgent Care. The staff who greeted me were very warm and caring. I didn’t have to wait very long to see a doctor. She was excellent and immediately addressed the issue and provided clear after visit home care instructions. La Grande is very fortunate to have such a clinic.
This was my first visit. I was very impressed by the receptionist, she was very friendly and helpful. My nurse was also very kind, patient and helpful. My Doctor was extremely kind Anna really listened to my issues and took into consideration all the information I was giving her before giving me a diagnosis and a treatment plan.
I felt very heard and was well taken care of. Would definitely recommend for minor emergencies or idleness.
You guys were extremely wonderful thank you so much. you like young lady that checked me in was the one that I talked to on the phone to make the appointment she has outstanding customer service. And I love my nurse and my doctor. They were very thorough Karen and considerate so thank you for giving me that outstanding service.
