I purchased a used car 1+ years ago, there were a few issues needing attention and I called to ask for an exception to be applied to the normal "As Is" type sale, since I felt some of the problems were overlooked in error. My call was not returned. When I made a personal visit, I met with the sales manager, who was genuinely concerned about the experience I had. He was a little upset that some items slipped through their regular inspection routines before going out the door and was asking why I didn't bring the car back. We had an excellent experience buying our first Subaru here. We worked with Ramon, who was patient, considerate, and very knowledgeable. We really love the new car and are super excited about having a local place with excellent service and car washes. It was so nice to not be pressured and to be treated fairly just a wonderful experience and we can't recommend it enough.
Just moved here, our trunk had been giving us issues on our Forester. They reset it as other dealerships had done, and then they took they time to find out what was actually wrong, they got the part and fixed the trunk so we don't have to keep coming back to have it reset.
