    After hiking the past 7 days, the muscles definitely needed some work. Jaime did an amazing job working out all the calf tightness and getting to those hard to reach outer hip muscles.

    Jamie Douglas has been working on me for 20 years. I have not fpund any massage therapist as thorough. You won't either. She has many tools and much wisdom for healing. She finds muscles that I did not know hurt that had to do with other pain. She is a true healer.
