As a small business owner (very small, with1 PT employee), after unsatisfactory services with other CPA's, I transferred my business to JM Solutions in 2016, for bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation. In those 5 years, although I did not find their rates unreasonable and they were always very responsive, my tax returns were never filed on time. Each year they filed for extensions, including the final year despite a significant change in my business situation and my express pleadings to have the tax return done on time so that I could plan appropriately for my new situation. JM Solutions is a local family-owned business run by very nice people who just always seem to be in over their heads.
