I went in there for 2 small light bulbs & ended up finding a lamp that I really liked. I was told it was a discontinued item, but Abby went out of her way to find me another one at a different store!!! I'm happy!!! I will definitely be back there again! Great customer service!!!
All the Employees are trained in Plumbing and Electrical. When they are hired they do OJT with a employee that is already trained. So my story! I am building a second bathroom in my house I bought in Klamath Falls Oregon. When I bought it in August of 2024 it was listed as a 2 bedroom 1 bath with a unfinished addition that was built without a permit! So a LONG STORY SHORT! I got it really cheap because nobody want it! It was on the market a long time! So back to GROVER ELECTRIC! I made a list of everything I thought I needed to plumb the bathroom I was working on. I bought a new hot tub and want to install it right so decided to skip the big stores and go to Grover because they probably have a more knowledgeable staff. I was right!
