I'm a few weeks away from being 84 y/o and I'm now 3 1/2 months post a 4 level lumbar laminectomy for recurrent congenital spinal stenosis that had been symptomatic for 10 months prior to my surgery. I'd lost a lot of strength in my lower extremities. With the work that the therapists at Elevate Physical Therapy are doing on me, I'm regaining strength and I expect to be able to hunt birds and big game this fall. I'm looking forward to being able to teach alpine skiing at Powder Mountain as I have been doing each winter since January of 2004.
