“I came in through the front door because of their Radcliffe address. However, I could not find the dry cleaner anywhere, and if the last moment I went out through what I thought was the back door and entered another building that was actually the dry cleaning business. The lady that took my clothing for cleaning was very kind and friendly. However, when I went through the drive-through to pick up my item, I sat for almost 7 minutes with no one coming to ask me what I needed. I got out of my car and went inside, and there was still no one at the desk. Eventually a gentleman showed up and was irked when I asked him how they calculated the price. The only reason I asked was because the receipt was a bit confusing. Overall, though I would go back and use this business because it was very clean and the prices were reasonable.“
