I went to my appointment with DeAnn a crying, sobbing mess. I had a tax problem - a big one! First DeAnn gave me a hug (after asking me if I needed one) then she assured me we could solve my IRS problem...and she did! My IRS debt went away quickly and painlessly. I feel like I made a friend - thanks DeAnn!

DeAnn was extremely knowledgable and helpful during our appointment. She did not rush us but wanted to be assured we understood what was discussed. Due to her background in Klamath Falls and her education we were able to come to the "RIGHT " decision. I would definitely recommend her.
