I ignored a DPF filter and sent it from Spokane to Sacramento when my International broke down in Klamath the Sunday before Thanksgiving. I still had to deliver and get back to Spokane before Wednesday.. I made everyone in the CTC office highly aware of this. These guys killed It. James knew what he was doing all the way from the diagnosis to the amount of time they had to order to get the parts here. James shot me straight, the crew worked to get me out in time, and the owner billed me fairly. I’m getting ready to eat Thanksgiving dinner with my family, and that’s because I chose Coast Truck Center ❤️“
