The dental office offers the best experience, making it a top choice for dental care. Both doctors are brilliant, kind, and attentive, truly caring about their patients. The staff, including Andrew, Nick, and the girls, are helpful and amazing, making even the most nervous patients feel at ease. Patients appreciate how well the dentists take care of them and their children, helping to make them not scared to visit the dentist. The dental practice is a valuable part of the community.
I very rarely leave reviews, however this is one business that is most deserving of one. I saw Dr. Nick Smith today after a longer than expected appointment because of my anxiety, that lead to me having issues numbing. He was very patient with me and offered several accommodations and solutions to help me get through my appointment and future appointments. I truly appreciate his patience and understanding. I can't forget to mention his hygienist is very sweet and comforting and she definitely makes them a excellent team. Thank you Dr. Nick Smith & Team for being AWESOME and putting up with me!
Have you ever heard of a child that enjoys going to the dentist? I haven't known anything different - even after he has had shots in his gums, teeth pulled and now wears braces. My son is now 12 and still looks forward to his every-six-month visits. Dr. Smith calls my son by name and remembers that at his last visit he was looking forward to a basketball tournament. My son desires to impress his dentist with excellent oral hygiene because Dr. Smith is quick to tell him when his teeth are looking great. Dr. Smith's hygienists remember my son as well and ask about a vacation we took in between our six month visits. They intentionally remember details, such as History is still his favorite subject in school. When we go to the dentist, we expect that we're going to receive professional, expert treatment and encouragement to take good care of our teeth. We regularly receive what one would not normally expect - personal attention and an actual friendship with our dentist and his staff. Dr. Smith's office is quite a win for Klamath Falls!
