This contractor performed subpar work. Left a mess and actually created a problem with the drain due to the poor quality of workmanship. After nearly a year of attempting to negotiate a fair outcome for all, we finally prevailed in court and now they are dodging us for payment. Luckily we filed a ccb complaint and their bond company will pay us if they fail to.Services: Sewer repair

Called for an appointment to have a Plumbing issue cleaned up ( plug sink and drain ) was told maybe Monday, Tuesday, but for sure Wednesday!!! Gave my cell number for and cancellation.Now a week later still haven't heard from BOB of All About Excavating.They don't even deserve your time or 1 anything.

If I could give zero stars I would but the minimum required is one star. Please, do not trust this business they will take your money and run! I needed some excavating and plumbing work done that they assured me they could take care of for $2700. They requested 50% up front to begin work. I paid them $1350 to begin and after digging a three foot deep hole they changed their bid and said, actually for us to continue to fix the problem it's going to cost an additional $5370 for a total of $8070! After checking around with other plumbers in the area it became clear that these guys were wringing me as if I were a fool. I told them there was no way I was paying the additional amount they wanted on top of my original bid amount and said I would like a refund for my down payment. The sent me a check for $287.50. The only thing to show for their work is a three foot hole that they charged me over a grand to dig! I've since learned that they don't have a good reputation and if given the chance will probably try to screw you over too. Best to avoid their business if you actually want to not throw your money away.
