My Mom died yesterday, my dog had diarrhea all over the carpets today. The owner of A1 came out immediately and was so gracious to drop everything in his life and help us. We are so thankful. He did an excellent job.

Josh did an amazing job on our carpets and they look wonderful just in time for the holidays! He also cleaned our couch and when a few areas weren’t quite right, he came out and cleaned the couch again. Great service, on time, and good communication with us. I highly recommend A-1.

Update: Grant did come back and re do the carpets without charge to make the situation right, so I have upgraded my review to 4 stars! The house was very dirty with a previous renters dog hair so it unfortunately needed a second cleaning. After he came back there was no evidence of pet odor or hair which was what I needed! Grant was great to work with, I didn’t have any issues with him even after calling and asking him to come back.- -I scheduled for Grant to come clean the carpets, he had to reschedule which wasn’t a huge deal.
