He assessed the situation and told me I didn’t need to have work done that a home inspector was questioning.

The owner fixed the issue fast and was very affordable. From the time I first called him to the time he went to home. It was less than an hour. It was nice calling and having someone answer and not have to speak to an answering service that asked me a million questions.

I purchased a home about a year ago. The home inspector found several electrical issues that need to be fixed. I hired an electrical company to fix the problems. They assured me they had corrected everything on the list. However, they hadn't. Problems continued. So I looked for another company. ZAP was recommended.
