Great communication prior, during and after the project. Easy to work with and flexible. Floors look amazing, taking what looked really beat up to near-new finish. Worth every penny.
Bill did fantastic work and fast. We weren’t 100% sure that the hardwood floor could be completely salvaged. There were several locations with years and years of water damage, significant scratches and where from years of humans and dogs tracking over high traffic areas. Bill was able to completely salvage the floor and make it look brand new. I can’t recommend enough and I’m not one for false praise.
Willamette Hardwood Floors installed the flooring in my home in Detroit Oregon. Detroit, was an old logging community and recreation area prior to wildfire of 2020 which took out the entire town and surrounding landscape for miles. The rebuilding of our home and community was a delicate process to honor what was and to recognize what it will become in the future. Bill listened to our needs and provided his expert advice. His crew was efficient, timely, and respectful. The price could not be beat and the outcome is beyond my expectation.
