On November 19th, my husband and I brought our senior Golden Retriever Ruby in unexpectedly because she wasn't doing well. We knew we were coming to the end of the road with her but we just didn't expect it to be that day. When we brought her in, everyone was incredibly kind. VCA River Rd was incredible. Friendly staff, went above and beyond to help my cat get the urgent care she needed. I am so beyond grateful for this experience. I will definitely be bringing my animals back for future visits.

Very efficient/professional/friendly/knowledgeable staff. I was able to get a rough quote of the tests and procedures before my pup saw the vet for her ear and eye issues. She is a much happier and healthier pup! The lobby is nice and there's guest wifi, which is great for longer (not too long, call ahead of you can) waits for urgent-care visits. We've been here a few times before, and with other pets (dogs and cats). I come back because I know my pet is going to be well treated and get the care they need. 11/10
