From the very beginning, Violet was flexible and understanding, allowing us to secure the unit without needing to provide extensive proof of income, which was incredibly helpful as we were moving from out of state. I rented a house from Mrs. Violet in the south of Salem, she was pleasant, respectful and during the time I was there I never had a mishap with her, but on the contrary, she was always responsible for whatever maintenance was needed in the house. The bad thing were the neighbors who are very special and I could say that they even resist.
