We had been looking for a new dentist to switch over to and Dr. Gilmore was recommended to us by some good friends. My husband had a dental emergency along with facial swelling ( and on top of we are flying out to a vacation and cruise in Mexico), Kim at the front desk was extremely kind and offered to call Dr Gilmore and see if he could look at him since we had not heard back from our dentist. She called us back within minutes and got us in and my husband had a fractured root and his other tooth that just had a crown put on was abscessed and fractured as well. There is no way we would have been able to leave and go on vacation with him being in such pain and Ill from the infections . In this time he was able to competently remove the teeth, granulated tissue,drained the huge abscess in his upper tooth and place bone grafting for future implant on his teeth. I wish that I had remembered the dental assistant ( Iām guessing Sara? She has a beautiful nose piercing , glasses and such a kind and smart lady), she is amazing and an excellent addition to the office. I do appreciate the whole office that stayed late and took care of my husband. I have worked , in the past , at offices that begrudgingly give you after hours care and patients feel that vibe. With this office there was zero fussiness and they reassured us that they were happy to stay and help even though we kept them late. We highly recommend this office for yourself and family.
My son crashed his dirt bike and had a significant facial trauma. Dr. Gilmore worked far beyond after hours putting everything back together. I was apparent that he does meticulous work. Very thankful for his care.
On the Thursday right before New Year, my wife and I went to lunch. When I chomped on a salad crouton, I felt a snap in an upper tooth, and then a slight pain. When we got home I called Ramsey Dental Group. Both Dr Ramsey and Dr Gilmore were on vacation, but the staff had Dr Ramsey call me back. She immediately asked how soon I could get to the office, and I left almost immediately. After x-rays and an exam, she determined that I had a fractured tooth (actually two), and that if I was willing to wait, Dr Gilmore was enroute from taking their kids skiing and would be there soon. He too examined me and removed a piece of the fractured tooth that was irritating my gum. I returned on Tuesday and had a 3-D x-ray, and on Thursday for an extraction and implant surgery. That effort proved to be more difficult than planned, but resulted in the best outcome. I give them both my sincere thanks for their caring and prompt response in solving my sudden and painful experience! What they both (and their staff, who stayed late) provided was way beyond what I expected! ššššš<= 5 stars!
