I’ve been seeing Dom and his crew for the past 3 years and there is no one that provides better service, atmosphere, and haircuts in the Salem/Keizer area than the crew at Off Top! If you’re looking to get fresh and fly then stop by Off Top Barber Shop
I’ve been going to Dom for 5+ years. It’s cool to see him go from diamond cuts to a small shop and now a full size barbershop. This place is legit. All the staff are great and I highly recommend.
My son was scared to get a haircut because of a bad experience with greatclips, so I decided to go to an actual barber shop this time.Mia did so good on both my boys hair cuts! My son loved it and said” I only want to go there from now on. “ The place was really nice inside too.
