I loved working with this company! A service tech was available and arrived within 30 min of my phone call. He was very thorough, and explained what was going on. Not only did we solve the initial problem, but in the process of ensuring that everything was draining properly we learned about a hidden underlying issue before it became a stinky mess. Now we're on track for long term solutions, and grateful for working with such excellent professionals.
Was very pleased with how quickly Mr. Rooter was able to make it to our house to fix our problem. Brett was our person and was friendly, professional, and informative. Gave us great insight for future needs as well.
We have now used Mr. Rooter 4 times for installing plumbing for new kitchen sink, installing hook up for second washer and dryer in basement, installation of free standing tub, and installation of a new hot water heater.The same plumber has come to accomplish each of these projects. Big John is amazing. Friendly, efficient, fast and goes the extra mile with attention to detail. Can’t imagine using anyone else for our plumbing projects!!
