Had a little blip in the beginning but the optical manager helped me and I was taken care of quickly. My glasses are wonderful and I love them. Eye exam was great and pretty fast. My only comment would be perhaps give your clients/patients a tray to look so if they are going back to dr to look at eyes dilated they do not feel rushed. I could have taken about 30 more minutes to look and feel way more comfortable and not feel rushed but it's all been handled. Or next time I may just pull the person I work with aside and say hey let me take my time and help another person I'll wait and let you know when I'm ready as I have some disabilities (no need to share).... read full review

I received great care and attention. The tech did the preliminary screening with skill and efficiency, and Dr. MacRae did a thorough exam and a great job explaining my eye health and plans moving forward. The staff in front were friendly and helped me select glasses that suited my face. Highly recommend!

I'm new to Oregon state. Several weeks ago, my glasses were in a new state too. It looked like I sat on them, and bent them quite a bit. I happened to stop at a place that looked really great knowing this needed to be fixed quickly. I was taken in. She fixed them. All very business-like. And I left. But, after that, I had real problems with my vision blurring. Something wasn't right. After two weeks, I thought I should get another opinion. I found this place very close to me and gave it a shot. The desk people were very friendly and inviting. My optician was Jessica. She was very personable and welcoming. Impressive to me was she wasn't in a rush like many... read full review
