They came to my house on a Thursday (expected to be there between 8 am - 5 pm) and didn't let us know what time they would be back in the morning on Saturday, what they would be doing or how long it would take.
They showed up at 7:45 am starting prepping work stations and using power tools by 8:10 am. They stayed there until a little after 6 pm.
No booties were worn, no door knocks just barging when we did come back home and we're laying on the couch.
Hot and cold for washer were switched, appliance not plugged in and a massive hole in the wall with a botched drywall job.

Dan is everything you want a plumber to be; fast, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, fastidious, tenacious, and a top notch troubleshooter. We were have a low flow issue with our tub/shower. Dan was really busy so we had another plumber come out and take a look, after an hour they hadn't identified the problem; and, they we saying we would need to replace all the horizontal pipes in the house. I gave Dan another call, and he stopped by on his way home. An hour and 20 minutes later we had a working tub/shower; in fact, it was working better than when we moved in. Dan is an excellent plumber who really knows his work. He is fast and comes on time. His work quality is fantastic and he keeps his word. My wife and I have called upon Dan several times and he is wonderful. I have recommended him many times and have used his services at my current home and at my family's prior home. He is the best!
