Empower ATA is awesome! Our kiddo has grown so much with the program that carries over in every aspect of his life. Instructors are so good with the kids! And not just for the little ones…. Big kids and adults as well. So much fun!
We are so grateful to have found ATA. As parents we could not ask for a better program that helps instill confidence, self discipline, and respect for others as well as themselves. The instructors are constantly building the esteem of the class participants. What I also love is the motivational correction techniques they use. We have even adopted many of these practices into our home with great success to continue building integrity, accountability, and a foundation of self love with our kids. The classes are not only fun for our girls, but motivating as an observer.
