We had all our windows, the slider and the front door on our 2-story house done. This should have taken 2 days, but it took 3 with an extra crew half that day. There were a number of issues that had to be addressed. That took a full fourth day. The installer day 4 that picked up the corrections, including replacing our front door was great. He worked long and hard in the hot weather with his helper to provide good service. I feel like they stand behind their word.
