Amazing just amazing! I live over 2000 miles away and placed an order and within the hour they were dropped off with a hug. Anyone that’s willing to make it that special means they take pride in their job. The lady I talked to was ready to make my request a reality. I don't remember her name just that she’s worked there for 35 years. I also have a pic my girlfriend took with her. Just awesome service! The flowers looked beautiful too! All I know is I will be using this place again and I’ll be stopping in when I come visit my girlfriend just to thank the lady who helped me tonight. Again thank you so much your the greatest!

We have been a traditional florist for 38 years and every year it gets harder to find other florists who truly care about their clients and the quality of the product they are selling- John Day Floral is always our go to for sending flowers in that area- their customer service is amazing and their bouquets are beautiful and long lasting. Joanie recently helped us with a complicated order and she was a rockstar! ? % recommend John Day Floral!

First time using John Day Floral for a delivery and absolutely will do it again! I believe Joanie was her name? Sweetest lady! I had my order scheduled to be delivered and then later found out I needed to deliver to a different address instead. She cheerfully did it!! As well as called and left me a confirmation voicemail.What a great business!
