Situated on a secluded 50-acre property with beautiful grassy fields and ponds, it provides ample opportunities for nature walks and community playtime. The staff is ridiculously friendly and helpful, and they obviously care about the animals. The groomer and grooming services are great. Ankeny Hill has been an incredible place for dogs, with training from Alexa who is fantastic. Pets can't wait to go to daycare and see the staff and their furry friends. The resort is a beautiful place and easy to find off the highway, a great place for senior dogs.
We love to adventure with our heelers & gsp. The heelers are reactive & give me tons of anxiety when I have to board them. This place is amazing! Great staff who care w/experience & communication! 5*
Our pup has enjoyed daycare days and his recent overnight stay while we were on vacation, since he won’t fit in our suitcase. 😆 The staff is always friendly and very accessible through text. It warms our heart when our pup gets excited when we pull in and doesn’t even look back to say goodbye when he is taken to the kennel by the staff. The community playtimes and swimming is always enjoyed by our pup. A bonus is seeing the Instagram and Facebook posts with all the happy dogs and of course our boy.
