Ash Creek Animal Clinic is a multi-generational clinic that prioritizes patients' needs over money. They are responsive to emergencies, including farm calls, and offer reasonable prices. The staff is polite and empathetic, taking the time to understand each pet's unique situation and providing personalized care. Despite not typically dealing with exotic animals, they showed compassion and care for a patient with a rare condition, and even sent a thoughtful gesture to the owner. Recently, the clinic has been praised for their quick response to emergencies, such as a cat with a fever of 105.2 that was treated promptly, and a dog with a tumor on her nose that was successfully removed, leaving her looking the same. They care for animals and take very good care of them, with many customers expressing gratitude and strong loyalty. The clinic also offers great advice and support for elderly pets, with staff focused on providing the best care possible. They are welcoming and attentive, making sure every pet and owner feels cared for, and are willing to go the extra mile for their patients.
There is no way this clinic could be better.
From farm/large animal visits to basic domestic pet care (dogs and cats), we will be life-long clients based on the amazing care we've received in the past two years.
Thank you for taking such good care of our family!
Super friendly and showed great care for our pup. Took the time to discuss everything and answer every question. So happy we have a wonderful place like Ash Creek so close to where we live - would be worth the drive even if they weren't.
We really like Ash Creek Clinic. I've been taking dogs to vets since I was a teenager and at age 68 that's a lot of dogs and vets! While it's uncommon for me to meet a vet I don't like, I certainly like some more than others. Ash Creek Clinic and Dr. Kristi Pedersen are excellent. We've spent a long career living in small towns throughout the PNW and recently moved to the mid-Willamette Valley. We're very happy to have found a vet we know and trust to take our dogs to here. Definitely 5 stars!
