Our flooring was months late despite the fact that they had it in stock. They never called us to communicate when they would ship it. We would call when we didn't hear anything and they would say it will be another month. It was manufactured flooring that wasn't cut as the manufacturer advertised. They charged $400 for "packaging" which was just plastic wrap around the ends of the of boards. After all of that, when we complained only $200 was refunded. That was for a failure of the shipping company not any of their many failings. The whole thing was a nightmare that massively delayed the build of our kitchen.

These guys are always a pleasure to work with. They are accurate with lead-times, handle product carefully, tell you if there will be an issue milling to a particular pattern and they are friendly. I’ve pushed a number of orders from my company through them and they always do a wonderful job. I primarily work with Rodney Wagner and he’s a great person to do business with.
