Vanessa is a fantastic realtor. She helped us purchase our property in Hood River in September 2023. She’s an amazing resource, with deep and extensive knowledge of the properties and the surrounding regions. She represented us with professionalism and was always on point. She was also very enjoyable to be around which made the “hunt” a lot of fun! Highly recommend her.
New to the area we turned to a trusted realtor friend for a recommendation and he referred us to a member of Vanessa’s team. Before we could get started our realtor had an emergency and without complaint or interruption in service Vanessa stepped in. She drove us all over the gorge and tromped over all kinds of terrain. She provided relevant feedback from her years in the area and as a realtor. We were only looking for land but she treated us as if we were going to buy an expensive home. She advised us through the negotiations and we were very pleased with the outcome. Definitely recommend.
Vanessa was great to work with. I live several hours away but was needing to sell my mother's home in the Hood River area. Vanessa was easy to work with, very communicative throughout the whole process, and went above and beyond to assist me - especially since I lived out of town and had a lot on my plate that I was juggling. I would highly recommend her to others.
