I don’t think Mr Loomis could be polite if he tried. To be any kind of manager you need to have people skills, this person has none. I was in customer service for 25 years. Don’t know everything but I know I won’t be back here

If I could leave zero stars I would, rude staff, unhelpful, and confrontational. I will never buy from this lumber yard again and will do my best to warn others to avoid this establishment.

This is not a just a hardware and lumber store its a mill work. They are really geared towards professional contractors . If you need custom milled wood or are buying wholesale this is the place for you you wont stand in line or have to explain what you need. If you are a do it yourself retail customerYou wont get tons of advice and attention.
