My first time here. I got my eye exam and ordered some glasses. The glasses are amazing but they were falling off of my face when I looked down. I brought the glasses back and they worked with me as the pro adjusted my glasses a few times. Now Perfect!
we used to use Cascade exclusively when Dr. Barbour owned it. We won't be going back again, staff is rude and there is literally no customer service. so sad it changed so much. Miss you Dr. Barbour.
I went to Cascade Eye Center for the first time today and was very impressed. A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with an odd eye issue, and at this visit I got more information and suggestions for what I could do for it than at the initial diagnosis with a different eye center. The doctor I saw was very personable, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Cascade Eye Center treated me with remarkable kindness.
