As a new homeowner, I reached out to this company as referred to me from the seller’s real estate broker. I have a problem with heat. They told me they had been to the unit once but just to service the A/C. They did not tell me that my HVAC system had recently been serviced, so there was no need to replace filters. The tech, Caleb, once at my unit, admitted that he had not checked air flow at that visit.
