I would like to profusely thank Dr. Eric Matzelle for doing a wonderful job taking out my impacted wisdom tooth that was giving me pretty intense pain. I was so scared to get it removed, but he made me feel comforted and safe, and completely numbed the area, so I didn’t feel a thing! I was genuinely shocked at how quick and easy the process was. I have been a patient here for about a year. I missed a few appointments and by their regulations they should have dropped me as a patient. I was well aware of this. I had a filling that fell out and is showing the nerve. I called them and they had me come in the next day. I am in need of a root canal and they gave me antibiotics and pain medicine. They also scheduled me for another appointment for 3 days after I had just been there. I explained to them that I have the worst anxiety towards the dentist and I have since I was little. The staff was fantastic and offered to have nitrous available for me when I come in. I was very grateful they let me come in, scheduled me as fast as they did and also took an understanding to my fears of the dentist.
