Professional to work with. Communicates well. Often stocked up. I've made changes to orders after putting them through with no issues. Prices are usually the best as well, or atleast very competitive.
Shaper Supply is my favorite place to order surfboard manufacturing supplies and tools, hands down. When I lived in LA and they had their brick and mortar store, the guys were always friendly, chatty, and helpful. Now that I’ve moved across the country and doing business strictly through the website and shipping, the service continues to be the same. Friendly notes, prompt responses to questions, and always carrying the best products. If you are in the market, start here before moving on to the other suppliers. The packages have always arrived on time and with exactly what I ordered in good condition.
